Role

We are seeking a talented & driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for devising and executing strategies to drive growth and enhance the success of our campaigns. You'll work closely with the creative team, data analysts, and other team members to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and implement innovative approaches to reach and engage target audiences.

Responsibilities 

• Set up paid ad campaigns in networks such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Unity Ads and others;
   
• Communicate with account managers and partners;
   
• Analyze campaign data, and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization;
   
• Manage active campaign budgets;
   
• Provide reports and updates to the team and management;
   
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions;
   
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
   
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving industry;
   
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously;
   
• Previous experience with Unity, Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads is a plus;
   
• Passion for gaming is a plus.
